Position CNA/ Med Tech As a CNA/ Med Tech at The Palms of Sebring I am responsible four compassionate resident care. Helping the residents in need for

Assist patients with bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, feeding and elimination. Help patients move in and out of bed, baths, wheelchairs and automobiles (transferring). Maintain a clean, healthy and safe environment. Cared for patients with diagnosis such as respiratory failure, diabetes, Parkinson's disease and chronically ill. Assisted nurses with wound care. Reported any unusual circumstances in the

patients condition or environment. Daily charting on each of my patients. Took advantage of opportunities for continuing education, quality assurance and performance improvement classes and testing. Basic office work including but not limited to faxing, answering phones, file charts, help with medical records and help with anything else that needed extra attention in the office.

Highlights Youth Academy 2004

Position: Youth Officer My responsibilities as an officer was to lead by positive example, serving as a role model to youth while supervising and escorting juvenile residents and maintaining a physical position that allows the officer to see and hear what all the residents are doing and saying at all times. Supervising residents to and from all assigned on or off campus in a timely manner. Continue and maintain appropriate training and certifications. Have completed understanding and

knowledge of all rules, regulations, policies and procedures as it relates to the care, custody and control of juvenile delinquents and adhere to all of them. Write reports, read and document all important information in the logbook.
