Request Payment Extension' .The Request Payment Extension Online

functionality will allow eligible Reliant customers to request and be

granted an extension on their electricity disconnection date.

Customers will be provided with online functionality to trigger the request

for payment extension. For customers who have been issued a disconnection

notice, the web will display the disconnect information (disconnect net

amount and expected "disconnect after" date) and we will prompt with a link

labeled "Request payment extension" (text to be determined by the OLM

Copywriter) next to the disconnect net amount. In this way, the online

service will be provided to people who need it and will not be promoted to

people who do not need it
