ENDÜSTRİYEL LTD. for “Aegean Gateway Project” a Major Harbour Project near

– İZMİR- TURKEY – planned as the biggest Container Port in the Eastern Maditerrean

Area and Construction of Civil Works of a new Refinery which will cost 400.000.000 $ .

in total . Project Completion is planned by September 2015.

* November 2012 to June 2013 Contract Manager & Technical Office

Manager for BMB INC. in Ankara –Turkey Office for Middle Eastern Projects

(BMB INC. Headquarters in Boston- MA- USA.)

* January 2011 to October 2012 As CEO and Group Consultant for “Osama Al

Thawadi” Group of companies in Bahrain for Waterproofing, Plumping Works, Design,

Manufacturing and installation of Tensile Structures - Tent Structures. Company was

active in Qatar, S.Arabia, UAE and Bahrain having Headquarters in Bahrain.

*September 2008 to December 2011 As Contract Manager for YUKSEL

CONSORTIUM (YUKSEL INSAAT A.S. Turkey + YUKSEL INSAAT SAUDIA

LTD ) for EPWTS II Project (Eastern Province Water Transmission System Phase II

Water pipeline Project between Al-Jubail- and Al Khobar / KSA- A 600 000 000 US$

project consisting of 140 km water pipeline + branch lines & Pumping Stations +

Blending Stations. Client is SWCC (Saline Water Conversion Corporation of S. Arabia)

A major State Owned Corporation of the Kingdom.

We implemented (TQM) Total Quality Management in YUKSEL group and apply all

contemporary quality systems pursuant to relevant codes & regulations. (ISO 9001 and

ISO 14001).

* Sept. 2003 to August 2008 Assistant Professor in the University of Bahrain –

College of Engineering- Dept. of Civil Engineering & Architecture.

Engineering & Construction Co. ltd. in Abu Dhabi-UAE. The Client was

municipality of Abu Dhabi and the Consultant was De Lew Cather Int. Ltd from

USA. The project consisted Construction of New Corniche Road including several

Underpasses & Bridges with a total value of 53.000.000 US$.

*1988- November 2001 As Board Member of YAPIT CONSTRUCTION & TRADE

INC. completed housing projects, villas and condominium apartments, office buildings

in turn-key basis, hotel renovation works (for Club Robinson-a major German investor)

in Antalya- Turkey, several design contracts inland and abroad (Russia). Accomplished

projects during 13 years time totaling appr. 145,000,000 US $ .

*1985-1988 Assistant General Manager and Coordinator for SOYAK CONSTRUC-

TION & TRADING INC. for projects in Libya and Saudi Arabia ( Total contract

value was approx. $500 million and $350 million respectively).

*1976-1985 As full time Assist. Professor in Istanbul Technical University -Faculty

of Architecture, accomplished doctorate in 1981, issued papers, attended conferences

& seminars in Turkey and abroad. Doctorate published by ITU University Press on

January 1981.

*1972-1976 Freelance architect with a German partner in Stuttgart- Germany.

Designed and executed housing & environmental projects. Attended and

accomplished doctorate level courses in Technishe Universitaet Stuttgart-Germany.

*1967-1972 Education in Istanbul Technical University – ITU- Faculty of Architecture-

graduated with Ms. degree.

Driving license (since): Turkish(1969), German(1974), UAE (2002), Bahrain (2003)

Computer Literacy : All windows operated office programs (World, Excel, Power point, MS

Project ), familiarity with AutoCAD, Photoshop and Primavera 9.
