Carried out SEPL to SEL Transfer: Control panel production unit is first known as Suzlon Engitech Pvt. Ltd (SEPL) was working in

Integrated Inventory Management System (IIMS) and from 1st April 2006 we are merged in Suzlon Energy Ltd (SEL) working in

SAP. All IIMS code is converted to SAP code within 15 days of time and all SEPL material stock is converted to SEL stock in SAP

system.

Played a stellar role in:

o SAP implementation by doing all transaction in SAP in various department to clear and dispatched the panels

o MRP Implementation to run Material Requirement Planning software to control inventory and was declared as MRP

Controller for both daman and Pondicherry control panel plant

Ensured effective UL Certification for making panels with UL, CSA and ETL certification wherein did job with technical team to

find out the required material and give purchase requisition and directly follow up with suppliers for getting materials within

very short time

Holds the distinction of planning from one rating of panels to six ratings with common and imported material: Initially we were

making one rating of panels and now we are making six rating of panels. I have managed all this materials with single hand and

achieved 95% of production target in first half of this financial year target.
