My priorities were to plan under the regulations and standards of operational functions for each product circuitry designs and developments within the electronic manufacturing industry of production, hardware and software for over all efficiency and deliver the best business result to each customer. What it took me to accomplish the improvements of integrity and quality to each plan of approval results. It started with product planning with circuits and various tpyes of software and certain certifications to built each phase of proto-type designs to the product approvals with: UL, manufacturing indutrial standards, fcc, and company directors finalizing that included the written docunmentation with the lowest cost possible and with the highest quality standards of industry requirements.My second phase were to create a more leaner and effective process for production result yeilds issues for: testing, assembly, soldering, bom, esd and mech proper running operations. The purpose were to develop less waste for the process method,that smt crypt and noncrypt products are required to have. The product involvement were with: modems, routers, hubs,servers and many others to design phases of the internet,intranet and ethernet for tcp, IP, communication systems.My circuitry design for these systems involve with: microprocessors (16,32,64), dsp, uart, nvram,dram, multiplexers, buffers are just some of my circuitry involvements. On the software side I wrote scripts and troubleshoot design software as: C, C++,V.B.,cisco, linux, java,perl and autoCad-2000. Database System were: sap, unix. The final stage were to improve the training process throughtout the production floor of operations to produce the highest possible yeilds,and including customers on-time deliveries.

My products and projects designs and developments were into analog/digital circuitry, for the purpose to interface and controls the inputs and outputs of signals specification needs in levels of ac or/and dc. To accomplish my plc designs with the customers high and low power mechanical and electrical operational functions situations, in circuitry design that involve me with: eproms, eeprom,video rams (color or black/white) for monitors, scr, microprocessor (8, 16), ad/da converters and other timing circuits. On my software involvements to the situational needs included:ladder logic, C, gray code, binary and hex.Either from new or remodification on circuitry or software plc. Some of my phases dealt with proto-types to a complete overall approval of my product including docunmentation. I next phase were to train production associates to there specifics to produce the highest quality and yeilds for the product final approval. I follow-up with customer job-site to instruct them on proper installation and operations of the product.

My product and project research launching were throught executive approvals based on costomer demands. My complete product designs were with; RF-Wireless (tx/rx), switching/routering, line signal level amp and alarm system indicator. My circuitry designs involve with: ad/da converters,microprocessor (8, 16,32 ), oscillators, gates, detectors and others. On the soft- ware side of my developments and designs were with: assembly, machine, c, linux and matlab. I wrote each one of my product's full docunmentation on all features of specifications with schematic drawings for the customers and production. My products had to comply with: UL, bell- core, fcc and company guidelines. After full prduct approvals. I interface with production on each phase of the product specification developments. I planned and docunment all training and support with: assembly, testing, soldering, repairing and other government regulation standards to meet the product and operational standards and produce yeild results to meet all on-time deliveries.
