My professional career has consisted of working for mainly small companies and I am well accustomed to wearing “many hats”. Although I have an extensive wealth of professional experience to draw from, I consider my greatest asset to be my ability to adapt to situations and perform the task at hand. I believe any for-profit organization must understand that “everything begins with the sale” and everybody in the organization, from president to receptionist, should understand that their livelihoods depend on sales.

Formerly, I worked for a PEO. During the time I was there, I did the bank reconciliations for the company. The payroll bank account bank reconciliation was a considerable task in that anywhere from eight to ten thousand checks would clear in any given month. Obviously reconciling the bank account once a month would have become a “career position” all by itself. Because of online banking, this reconciliation became a daily task instead of a monthly. I consider this all apart of using the tools you have available.
