LexisNexis was a short term engagement to assist data migration from their

existing Siebel call center application into eMedia vertical.

. Developed DS jobs to extract data from the source Siebel call center

application database using database links and populate data into

target EIM tables of eMedia.

. Developed DS jobs to extract data from existing customer master

database and populate the data into the XREF tables.

. Developed DS Jobs to extract LOV's, responsibilities, territories,

positions and employees from the source database and populated target

EIM tables.

. Developed several EIM jobs including IFB files to load the data into

. Used several transformations during the extracts and configured the

several parameter files in Data stage to connect to several data

PETCO Loyalty Implementation is the application developed to promote up-

sell & cross sell opportunities and maximize long term sales as part of

their business and IT Transformation program (embark). This application

replaced their existing Loyalty Engine which was a packaged solution of

SQL. Siebel Loyalty has various Inbound /Outbound interfaces to Petco.com &

other external vendors.

. Designed, developed and executed complete data migration process for

PETCO Loyalty implementation. (~115 Million records)

. Coordinated and interacted with in house team to solidify data

requirements for data migration into Siebel.

. Coordinated with off-shore team regarding the development of any

mappings of fields etc.

. Coordinated and dictated staging table structures with the internal

CRM ONLINE, Epiphany teams to import the data into Siebel Loyalty.

and enrich customer experience through starbucks.com and to keep track of

their stars (points), promote their tiers depending on certain business

rules with Oracle Loyalty 8.1.13. The project involved replacing of their

existing loyalty program with external vendor First Data. The other

significant feature of the application is POS transactions which checks the

card balances in real time. It is the first Loyalty implementation to go-

live for a retail client.

Alaska Airline Loyalty implementation is conversion of existing Mileage

Plan System from Mainframes to Oracle Loyalty 7.8.2.3. This is the first

project in US to implement Oracle Loyalty module. It also consisted of

integration from various legacy systems like AS.com, PIT, Points.com, VRU,

TSA, OCRA and Image.

. Responsible for complete data conversion from mainframes into Oracle

Loyalty.

. Extensively used OWB (Oracle ware house builder) for data conversion.

. Identified the tables and defined the data model for Loyalty module as

per the business requirements. Performed data mappings and defined the

file formats that are required for the OWB.

. Complete ownership of designing, developing, deploying the entire data

Planning) to help the management to forecast their plans and promotions and

allocate the funds accordingly.

in all the partners into Siebel and bi-directional interface with Partner
