• Serve as a contractor liaison at the Pentagon for Chief of Naval Operation Support Office providing

Administrative Support and pay via phone, in person, and through email for more than 80% active duty Navy

• Establish excellent working relationship with members and officers of various Naval Commands, Personnel

Support Detachment Activity (PSD)’s and travel office including the Scheduled Airline Travel Office (SATO)

and the Navy Passenger Transportation Office NAVPTO).

• Provide Military members with efficient and courteous service in a timely manner when processing

documents or verifying disputes.

• Assist Director with scheduling, meetings and other various tasks.

• Processing Officers and Enlisted Service Members who are separating or retiring from the navy.

• Sending information, collecting documents, calculating and inputting data, pertaining to service member’s

military career on their DD214 forms.

• Utilized military information systems such as Master Military Pay Accounts (MMPA) to calculate time in

service and leave balance to verify separation dates in order to ensure an extension is not required for pay

purposes.

• Navy Standard Integrated personnel Systems (NSIPS) to process Leave, Loss, Extensions, and other

Separation and Retirement actions as required.

• Outlook to correspond and make appointments with Officers and Enlisted Personnel and their superiors

during the separation and retirement process.

• Adobe Reader to generate confidential documents such as Orders and DD214’s.

• Scan, upload and retrieve documents pertaining to Separations into electronic filing system.

• Present of Separation and Retirement process to Officers and Enlisted Personnel.

Receipts Clerk (Personnel) – Contractor

• Provide Naval Military members’ with customer assistance verifying various eligibility pay entitlements such

as pay accounts, travel pay, personal property, storage, shipment, government life insurance, Basic Allowance

Housing (BAH), Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) for overseas, and Clothing Allowance.

• Verify and ensure member’s personal information is accurate in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting

System (DEERS).

• Ensure members and dependents meet qualification requirements for specific overseas assignments and

coordinate port calls, passports and visas requirements.

• Initiate and prepare all pay and personnel documents pertaining to members arrival and transfer for Personnel

Support.
