SKILLS AND ABILITIES
I have many years of experience in retail automotive and restaurant management with excellent C.S.I. (Customer
Satisfaction Index) building skills. My skill sets and background relate to people and motivating them to obtain results far
better than to operating machines and I need to utilize these skills again.
Currently I am an hourly employee at the Three Rivers American Axle Plant, working 60 to 100 hours per week. I
have a Liberal Arts Bachelors degree with emphasis in Public and Business Administration. I have working knowledge
of both union and non union guidelines and what's expected. I consider myself a leader and firmly believe in the "Team
Spirit" philosophy and a hand’s on roll up your sleeves approach, with entrepreneurial, corporate and family values. I
have experience and acquired skills and abilities in management, training, public speaking, creativity, motivation,
negotiation, arbitration, workplace environment revitalization and restructuring, trades, various city/county planning and
zoning committees, Television Weather Caster, business manager/producer/performer of a stand up and improv comedy

employed I've worked anywhere from 60 to 102 hrs. per week. I work all the over time that is available.
