Texas Health Partners (THP) is a for-profit, wholly owned subsidiary of

Texas Health Resources (THR), formed for the purpose of developing,

constructing, and managing for-profit ambulatory surgery centers and short

stay hospitals in North Texas. Currently manages four fully-accredited

acute care hospitals.

Ensured company alignment was achieved across finance, business operations,

managed care, tax, information technology, payroll and supply chain for THP

and its joint ventures. Oversaw financial reporting, financial operations,

managed care, treasury and fiscal management, physician relationships,

information technology, payroll, and internal communication.

. Achieved combined EBIDTA growth of over $57M (107%) over the past 5 years

(2009-13) for the following hospitals: Southlake ($4.4M); Plano ($5.1M);

Rockwall ($9.8M); Flower Mound ($37.9M). The combined discharge growth

was 49% for the same period (2009-13).

. Achieved combined $20M in Supply Surgical Implants savings during the

period of (2011-13) through the implementation of a Rebate program.

> Rockwall's unit share value increased 15X from a $5,000 initial value

in 2009 to over $75,000 in 2013 adjusted for stock splits.

> Plano has averaged over 28% Dividend Yield over the past 5 years (2010-

Award of the Best Places to Work. The Flower Mound facility was ranked

#1 in 2013. Southlake has received the award for the past three years.

hospitals in small cities and select urban markets throughout the United

. Led financial aspects of the acquisition of the company's first hospital

in Pocatello, Idaho.

. Developed new facility combining two campuses into one for greater

efficiencies and optimum patient care.

Health Management Associates, Inc.

Publicly traded company that owns, operates, and manages acute care

hospitals in small cities and select urban markets throughout the United

States. The 7th Division at HMA managed 5 hospitals in Pennsylvania and

Washington State.

. Worked with the two hospitals in the State of Washington in developing a

syndication offering to physicians in the marketplace valued at $160M.

Triad Hospitals Inc.

Publicly traded hospital company that owned hospitals throughout the United

States. The 4th division at Triad managed 14 hospitals in Indiana, Ohio,

Texas, Arkansas, and Georgia representing net revenues of over $1.2 billion

dollars and over 2,500 licensed beds. The Division's pretax income

represented 54% of total pre-tax income for the Company.

Strategic Managed Care Vision for the Medical Center.
