Compile correspondence and reports on behalf of the President/Project Manager. Prepare, proofread and edit all outgoing

correspondence, letters, and proposals. Work closely with President/Project Manager on troubleshooting and special projects. Assisted

on all Dept. of State projects with CEO/Owner.

Advertising for the property such as billboards, banners, and some marketing materials. Assist in government projects and contracts.

Process all documentation for files on all projects. Assist with county permits processing. Provide research/ground material/literature on

various items assigned. Work closely with the accounting department on Gasoline Alley with process of payments. Work closely with

all Gasoline Alley Tenants with the lease of their units.

Schedule meetings for Staff Meetings, and meeting for President/Project Manager. Attend county meetings and other meetings assigned.

Take notes at meeting. Assist in any reorganizing. Follow-up with projects to report to President/Project Manager. Scan, Copy, and Fax

Penn National – Casino at Charles Town, WV, Skybox Sports and Grill Waitress 11/12 – 10/13

Welcome guests and make them feel comfortable. Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests. Take

beverage and food orders. Deliver beverages and food in a timely manner. Check-in with guests to ensure that everything is going well.

Clear dirty dishes from table. Refill beverages throughout the meal. Deliver guest’s bill and thank them for dining at the restaurant.

Work with other servers and be a team player.

REMAC America, Inc. Administrator – Maintenance, Transportation, Logistics and Facilities 11/11 – 7/12

Managed all office functions and administrative support for owner, manager, manager’s assistant daily. Manager facility when needed.

Processed all paperwork such as filing, mailing, faxing, shipping, posting ads on Craig list, purchase and researching items on internet. .

Serve customers beverages including alcoholic beverages and food. I open the restaurant by filing supplies, making tea, lemonade,

cutting lemons, making coffee, filling ice container and beer cooler. Set-up tables with umbrellas, salt, pepper shakers, wipe tables, wrap

silverware, and write up specials and post them outside the restaurant. And close restaurant by wrapping silverware, sweep floors, clean

bathrooms, clean dressing section, put supplies away and close outside deck.
