Communication Management Suite (Meteorcomm, onsite) [From Jan-2014 to Till

Date]

CMS (Communication Management Suite) is a web based integrated admin

application PTC applications to manage all the PTC applications in back

office as well as in assets deployed on wayside & locomotives. This

application is developed using ASP.NET MVC, JQuery, Bootstrap, Entity

Framework, SQL Server.

Product License Tracking (Meteorcomm, onsite) [From Jan-2013 to Dec-2013]

PLT (Product License Tracking) is a tool to track licenses and locations of

different hardware and software products being deployed in Railroad Back

Offices and waysides. This tool has UI developed in ASP.NET MVC, JQuery,

Bootstrap, Entity Framework to capture all this data manually and ETL jobs

in SSIS for importing data in SQL Server from multiple vendors and

railroads. This tool generates many reports using SSRS. It has UI to help

customer in reconciliation.

Positive Train Control (Meteorcomm, onsite) [From Jan-2011 to Dec-2012]

SMS (Systems Management System) is part of PTC (federal mandate project for

four 1st class Railroads), for which I was responsible as Solution

Architect. SMS has two parts, one is Agent which runs on wayside assets (IP

enabled devices) and Gateway which facilitates communication between

Railroad's Back Office and wayside assets.

In the Solution Architect role, I was responsible for

- Understanding the business requirement by being part of discussions

with railroad officials.

- Preparing functional requirement documents.

- Creating Interface Documents, that becomes standard for railroads and

vendors.

- Helping designers in designing the system to be compliant to the ICD.

- Helping test team to design their tests.

- Training, demo to rail road users.

- Resolving the issues reported internally or by the external teams.

- Providing the post production support. Analyzing the production

issues.

Bundle & Offer Qualification Services (Verizon, onsite) [From May-2009 to

Dec-2010]

This is a collection of services functioning as middle ware and being

utilized by all the UI applications used by the Reps in the sales offices.

Technologies used include WCF, C#, LINQ, SQL Server.

As a part of framework development team, I was responsible for

- Understanding the business requirement and identifying the required

framework changes.

- Designing Framework Changes and Rule Engine Changes.

- Implementing the framework & Rule engine changes,

Alliance Manager (Satyam in-house project) [From June-2008 to Apr-2009]

This was a web based application to be used within satyam intranet. The

purpose of the application was to manage all the details of the satyam

alliances. Application consists of input screens to collect the required

data. Approval workflow is there. Then generates reports for management

review.

Being a senior most member, I was responsible for requirement analysis, UML

designing, architecture, development of core components, code review.

Technologies used are ASP.NET MVC, WCF, AJAX, SSRS etc.

EPL (Checkfree USA) [From Oct-2005 to May-2008]

EPL was a big Investment banking project with team of 150 associates. I

have been part of it for more than two years. Technologies used includes

ASP.NET, Web Services, WSE, C#, SQL Server, NUNIT, FXCOP, CRUISE CONTROL

etc.

In this project for some time I played the role of senior developer where I

was responsible for analyzing use cases, preparing UML designs, development

and unit testing. Later on I became part of the architecture team where I

was responsible for code review, handling the technical issues between

developers and client, taking care of development process & guidelines.

eSupport (I2 USA) [From Sep-2004 to Sep-2005]

eSupport was a web-based CRM system, which is being used by I2 to manage

its customers and products. eSupport is built using ColdFusion as front-end

& Oracle as back-end.

I was responsible for fixing the issues and development for enhancement

which was in ASP.NET & C#.

SMR & Metric Center (General Moters) [From Feb-2004 to Aug-2004]

There are four jobs, which executes regularly on the scheduled time. These

jobs pick up metric data from SMR and give as input to MetricCenter in

specific formats. MetricCenter is third party software, which analyze data

and generate reports and charts for the use of managerial decision.

Here I was responsible for support activities like watching the jobs, in

case of failures need to analyze and fixing them. Technologies use include

VB, ASP, COM, SQL Server.

VoiceGear (Verizon) [From Jul-2003 to Jan-2004]

VoiceGear is a collection of web-based system for mobile users of the

client Verizon US, developed in ASP.NET, C#, XML, SQL Server, HAOS, which

facilitates them to configure and use services provided by verizon. HAOS

was the Hey Anita's voice operating system.

I was responsible for making low level design docs based on the high level

design provided by my onsite counterpart. I was also responsible for

Development and Unit Testing.

LMS (eLearning Framework of Brainvisa) [From Aug-2001 to Jun-2003]

Brainvisa developed following three different architectures for the rapid

development of web based eLearning products & projects. These

architectures were developed using the technologies like ASP, VB COM,

VBScript, Javascript & extensive use of XML technologies.

- Thin-Client & Thick-Server architecture

As a core member of Framework development team, I was responsible for

development and unit testing. Apart from this I also developed eLearning

systems using this framework for clients like eSocrates(UK), UBS, Fuel,
