Role/Job Responsibilities:

As an Project Engineer Responsible for Planning / Erection Execution /

Testing & Commissioning of the Intrigrated system :

< It includes complete implementation of quality plan set by QA/QC

department, safety plan made by EHS department and implementation of

erection methodology given by our design methodology team.

< Best Utilisation of man power and resources to get maximum productivity.

< Review of daily job progress with site team, reviewing of the progress of

activities and discussion of weekly progress with our client, consultant

and planning team to achieve set mile stone.

< Ensures everyone understands the group objectives and assists others to

meet business objectives when required.

< Comply with all applicable health, safety and environment laws,

regulation and statutory obligation at all times and ensures work area

housekeeping is managed to provide a safe and healthy environment at all

times with zero accident.

< Attending site meetings, appraising of the site developments to the

Client team and our own management

< Monitoring the commercial issues including the stores and maintain

liaison with the customer for collecting the payments.

< Site co-ordination in terms of getting the errection activities certified

by the consultants and maintain reports thereon.

< Arrange for final hand over of the site by attending to the snags s

pointed out by the customer consultants

GATE)

< Involvement:-planning & management,erection of radial gate at dam

site,erection of hydaullic cylinder,pipeline work,in the team of final

checking of the gate from 2010feb to2010 april

3.WEST BENGAL ELECTRICITY BOARD(JALDHAKA)DARJEELING under M/S TECHNO

TRADE (erection of turbine of 9Mw)

< Involvement:-planning,survey of site,foundation layout,checking the

machinery equipments,cetre & baseline checking,erection of draft tube

liner & draft tube elbow,erection of draft tube cone,erection of spiral

casing,currently the wrk of rotar & stator going on,final checking of

all the erection work from MAY 2010 to DEC 2011

Major Milestone Highlights:

< Executed the inspection of all ancillary materials, equipments and core

HVAC equipments at site by customer consultant - M/s Mecon Ltd..

< Executed the Inspection as well as co-ordinated for the welding of MS

pipe at SAIL.

< Executed the Erection of HVAC systems on the foundation as per suit to

site conditions and arranged for approval of the same by the consultant.

< Arranged various in process tests - hydro test of the chilled water /

condenser water pipes, smoke testing / light test of all SA ducts,

activating the fire dampers by annunciation panel and air balancing of

the entire system.

< Commissioned 675 TR HVAC equipments within a time frame of 2 years.
