Captain D’s: Cashier 2009- 2010

To maintain and regulate a professional manner with customers. Also, make sure my math is correct when it comes to cashing out customers. Closing shift and filing data for each day. Cleaning.

Aramark: Supervisor 2009-2011

To make sure all inmates ate the proper meals at the proper times. Supervised 13-20 inmates in the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Made sure all food was prepared properly (temperature, measurements...etc.). Made sure the inmates ran my food line properly (fast, clean, proper sanitation). Ran food up to the pods for the population with the help of up to two inmates. File paperwork correctly. Clean.

Blockbuster warehouse: Picker/ Packer/ Inventory/ Video Repair 2011- 2012

To make sure all DVD’s and games were shipped of on time and to the correct customer. Pick the movie/game that were ordered. Check to see if it needed any repairs and if so I repaired mines myself. Print out customer’s address stickers. Pack the movie/game. Clean.

Made sure all orders were correct and sent out to the correct stores. Picked the proper items in boxed them. Go down the line grab the correct sku label for that box and place it in the proper area of the box . Tape the box properly and put the location on it. Put the box on the right truck. Clean.

7 eleven: Ass. Manager 2011- 2014

Customer service at all times. Ordered the correct items for the store. The orders could not be too large or small as well as not going over a certain spending limits. Rearranged items in store as to how they are sold. Did proper paperwork for what was purchased in that store day by day. Sometimes helped cashier out at the register. When a cashier called out I took upon their job as well as my own. Clean.

Crystal Distribution Inc: Team Lead 2014- 2015

While working on the floor, I made sure my team did outstanding work and kept up with the orders. If I saw anything lacking I would go help. Cut the insulation the correct way, put the paperwork with the correct pile of insulation. Insulate the curb properly and timely with no gaps and pin spot the curb properly. Spray paint the proper places of the curb and place stickers in the correct spot on curb. Curb can weigh from 20lbs-5000lbs. So for certain curbs had to use fort lift to move. Measure the sides of the curb to build the proper skits and banned them properly. Make sure every curb has paperwork with it. Look up the proper information and place the proper stickers on curb so you’ll know where to be shipped to. For the curbs that are light enough push them on the proper truck, otherwise use fork lift. While working in the office, I held conference meetings about promoting our curbs. If any customer had any question or special request I made sure to handle it the best way that I knew how and if it was something out of my authority then I made sure to ask my boss to handle it, as I was instructed.

Convergys: Cable Repair 2015- 2015

Use my customer service skills to fix customer’s cable. Navigate through the computer system to detect the customer’s issues. If I can’t solve the issue then I transfer the customer to the proper department.
