• Responsible for facilitating the efficient use of the database, including data integrity, data extraction.

• Supports Faculty/ Staff primarily with the use of Senior Systems and Finalsite. Prior to Senior

Systems and Finalsite, supported Faculty/Staff with the Blackbaud system and Net Community for 15

years.

• Handle all database software integrations.

• Support and create username and passwords with web identification number for Students, Parents,

Faculty and Staff. In addition, create username and passwords for in-house database for Faculty and Staff.

• Provide user support for all database software; set up new user accounts for Students, Faculty and

Staff.

• Create and update database records in a timely and accurate manner. Run lists, queries, exports and

reports.

• First-line of support for all database users in the Business office, Development Office and Registrar

office.

• Primary contact for all parents in regards to username and passwords accounts as well as any

address and/or changes to their household.

• Keep track of New, Returning and Withdrawn students.

• Work with third-party vendors and service providers on troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, etc.

• Implement periodic database system updates and upgrades. Manage user access based on job

function in database/modules. Add, edit and create tables, attributes etc. in database.

• Initiate and run end year process in database. Promote and bring in new students. Process online

changes daily.

• Oversee/problem solving of all issues related to back-end processing and reporting.

• Participate in all software training that ties into database and assist Staff as needed.

• Implement and maintain security protocols. Implement data oversight functions that ensure that a high

standard of clean data is being maintained.

• Work with and train staff relevant to ensure the quality of data.

• Manage duplicate record process with staff. This includes tracking duplicates, training staff on how to

minimize, and not to creating duplicate records.

• Initiated Blackbaud EE integration in 1998 and Initiated Senior Systems integration in 2011.

• Setup system dates in database yearly.
