Project Description:

Objective of this project is to manage/process through web, the orders already placed by a customer either through company website. Order goes through various phases till it finally reaches the customer. At any point of time customer himself can check the status of the order online with the reference number he got while placing the order.

Responsibilities:

Collected requirements and prepared the Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).

Involved in developing the data model and Program Interface.

Project Name : Call Management and Customer Relationship Management System (Team of 4)

Project Description:

An Intranet based Web Interface to document the calls received in a call centre. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) receives the call and documents it using the web interface. The manager manages the customer service representatives and is able to generate reports on the calls received. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategy and technology that is used to build stronger relationships between organizations and their clients.

Responsibilities:

Involved in design of entire database structure for the application and also created stored procedures to pull reports.
