WORK EXPERIENCE

Team Member

Safe Management - Glendale, AZ - July 2014 to Present

Responsibilities

Working as a Team member I had a varitey of different duties with this job. I was a door opener and guest

greeter. I also stood at the gates and scanned tickets for different events that took place at the stadium. I even

transported guests with disabilites through out the stadium. Those guests needed special accomodations so

I had to be very gentle and careful with them. I also ushered in the stadium. Ushering is when you help the

guests find the right row and number of there seat in the stadium. During football season is a bit more chaotic

and hetic because you have to be more alert fot the safety of yourself and the people. I had to make sure that

people didn't take air horns into the stadium or leave the premisis with alcohol.

Accomplishments

working at this job taught me to be more out spoken and more alert. It's a fun job but can be very chaotic at

times, but it's a good experience.

Skills Used

I used strong communication and verbal skills. I had to be ready and on the alert for anything and everything.

Also it was very fast paced so you have to be very cautious and a serious worker.

Assembler/Production

Omco Solar - Phoenix, AZ - August 2014 to February 2015

Responsibilities

I assembled solar panel frames. I learned to use an air gun during the process because we had to drill some

rivets into the frames. I also used zip ties and other rails that had to be assembled also in that same process.

I also worked on the assembly line for Mod Rails. The process to assembling mod rails was very fast paced

because there was a certain quota we had to reach by the end of the day. We had to make different sizes of

metal and rubber clips by hand. Those clips were put into the machine and pressed onto each rail. I knew how

to operate this machine also. I also knew how to put the rivets in by hand into the rails. While we were putting

in the rivets we had to check the rails to make sure they were the right size and that none of the holes were

covered. I also had to check the rails and make sure that the rivets and clips were good before putting them

on the pallet. After the rails were checked they were sent down to two people who had to use air guns to drill

gold bullets into the rails. This duty I also knew how to do. We had to put 180 rails to complete one pallet .By

the end of our working day we made 15 to 16 pallets in total.

Accomplishments

I learned how to work at a fast pace, but also learned to pay very close attention to get the job done safely.

Skills Used

I used strong safety skills because we had to be very careful with the rails because they were sharp, also the

chemical oil that was sprayed on the rails could harm someone if it got sprayed in the eye or got on the skin,

Thats why we had to wear safety glasses, gloves, and sleeves. Strong communication skills were also used

throughout the whole working day because we had to be very careful when we were assembling the rails so

we had to talk to eachother and help eachother out.
