AD: Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Simplification / Asia Division Nov, 2012 to Jun, 2014 Spearheaded collaboration with 10 subsidiaries located in Asia to achieve multiple objectives, including improvements in demand planning, inventory reduction, and simplification of the SKU portfolio.

Decreased average Asia Division inventory from 82.6 days (2012) to 78.8 days (2013), based on effective management despite challenges encountered as a result of scheduling and business practice differences on the global stage.

Increased demand plan accuracy from 71% (2012) to 74.1% (2013), while simultaneously decreasing net bias from 3.9% to 2.4%.
