Director of Residence and Transitional Housing Program with a $1.7 million government contract.

Develop and control all expenditures for the transitional housing program, procurement of resources, training and allocation of expenditures for all projects in connection with the program.

Create invoices for billing, track and secure payment for other contracted programs that reside in the YMCA facility.

Oversite of entire YMCA residence where (5) programs reside; total poppulation of 274 residents. These residents are from various segments of the community (Samaritan Village,HPD, ACQC, HASA and Long Term Permanant Residents).

All programs fall under the Resident Directors authority concerning policy and procedures, billing and payment,Staffing . The contracts are also administered by the Resident Director bringing the total financial responsibility to $3.7 million.

Direct supervision of clinical, kitchen, porter and volunteer staff in the residence.Responsible for linkage and contract agreements.

Chart development and supervision of content, acurarcy and clincal content.

Activities include oversight and budgeting; forcasting budget for the entire program semi-annually.

Also duties include, fund raising, development of activities for resident participation in an effort to begin the resocialization process.
