Engineering Projects

Roller Coaster Design:

- Designed and built a model sized roller coaster. Overall design was 3ft tall. The design consisted of one

vertical loop, one cork screw, a figure eight, and various twists and turns.

Toy Story Car: (SolidWorks)

Reverse engineered and modeled a replica of the RC car from Disney’s, “Toy Story”. Every inch of the

-

car was taken into account and measured to exact specifications. Wind testing and FEA analysis was

completed on the car. A short motion picture was then created in Solidworks to show the high level of

detail during a successful presentation.

Tailgate Design:

Designed all-in-one tailgate trailer for Lochard Inc. Conducted research on weight distribution, FEA

-

analysis, and ODOT specifications. Incorporated laser cutting technology, CNC machining and sheet

metal fabrication to finalize a unique design that is in the process of production.
