Responsible for instrument engineering, calibration, erection, Pre-

commissioning & commissioning of refinery and Tank farm.

. Having a good knowledge in reading P&ID, Loop diagrams, Cause & Effects

diagrams, conversant with Hook up diagram, Instrument & JB location

layout diagrams of various units in refinery.

. Having experience in maintenance (shift, preventive and shutdown

maintenance) and installation of field instruments (Flow, Level, Temp,

Pressure and etc).

. Experience in calibration and installation, impulse tubing of field

instruments.

. Refurbishment and Calibration, dismantling and assembling of control

valves and On/Off valves and calibration as per project specification.

. Maintenance of control valve, on/off valves, solenoid valves and MOV

has involved online calibration and workshop calibration of valves.

. Experience in erection and calibration of control valves, On/Off

valves, solenoid valves and accessories of valves.

. Refurbishment & Calibration of transmitters, switches and gauges (Flow,

Level, Pressure, etc

. Having experience in maintenance (shift, preventive and shutdown

maintenance) and installation of field instruments (Flow, Level, Temp,

Pressure and etc).

. Maintenance (preventive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance) and

troubleshooting of all field instruments (DP tx, Mag flow, Level

troll, RTD & Thermocouple, switches and gauges)
