Summary

I have been is Sales since year 2000. I have done everything in Timeshare from Frontline sales carrying an

average VPG of 4500 to 8000... Was then promoted to a Takeover Manager/Closer. Then promoted to a Senior

Floor Manager to finally a Director of Sales at 2 different Resorts. I was then recruited by a Vacation Club

Owner and traveled to 7 States and did Start-Ups for the owner. In 2010, learned the Marketing end of the

Timeshare Industry and eventually switched over to Car Sales. Because of my Marketing and Timeshare Skills,

I eventually incorporated those into the Automotive Industry and have mastered BDC and Internet Skills,

working closely with the top GM (25 years)(Chrysler) and assisting him to maintain the numbers (MSR). I

have worked with him for 3 years now, in Myrtle Beach, California and Florida. On several occasions, an

unofficial Title, (GSM) due to absences. I am presently seeking a company (permanent) that can utilize my

Qualifications & Additional Skills Exceptional skills: In the BDC/ Internet Sales Dept Telemarketing,

Internet response using several lead companies, immediate customer response follow-up in showroom to

increase potiential lost sales which has been proven to be effective before shopping another dealership.

Assisting Sales Reps to get customers into the showroom. Assisting GM in reaching his monthly number

for Fast Start and finish the month for bonus. Closing/Takeover with difficult customers and overcoming

objections resulting in a sale. Recruited by the same General Manager who I worked for in Myrtle Beach,

relocated and helped California Superstores Van Nuys. Through the BDC Dept, assisted him to turnaround

and position newly acquired stores. The (GM) who I have worked for, took over Van Nuys Chrysler Dodge

Jeep & RAM and Van Nuys Fiat, which had been struggling for 3 years with revenue losses, performance

well below MSR, and stark competition in the Los Angeles market. Quickly turned around stagnant location

through the Business Development Center, by using the procedures that I have used in the BDC and Internet

Sales Department. Instituted targeted marketing strategy and process. Catapulted store to #1 rank in the

Los Angeles district for Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM a record-breaking jump from last place out of 14

dealerships in the district. Increased new car sales from 60 to 150 units per month, totaling 200 new and

used units per month, using the process implemented in the BDC Dept. Achieved 100% market share retail

(MSR), up from prior 60% MSR. My Dealer Socket, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ad Words,

Reynolds & Reynolds, ADP, ADP CRM, w.e.b.Desking, UCS Power, Dealer Connect, DealerTrack, vAuto,

See Below, I have not posted my numbers from California Super Stores, but they were between 84 and 165

month. With 2 assistants working for me under my direction, we ended up with 263 not including (Chases)-

Be-Backs same day. They ended up selling the store after I was there for 4.5 months after increasing their

numbers. Before that, working for the same (GM), I was Addy's Harbor Dodge in Myrtle Beach and actually

in 1 year was responsible for a little over 800 cars. Under the Direction of the (GM), Reversed a $100K/

month loss and achieved profitability with a $200K/bottom line profit. Improved sales average from 30

to 150+ new units per month and delivered 300% MSR, up from 60%. For the first time, store led the SE

district (6 states), ranking among the top 10-20 and as high as #5.
