and restart of mining operations . Specific experience with Drill rigs, Dumpers, Excavators,

Loaders, Dozers etc.

• Supervised mining operations and involved in optimization studies through practical approach

aimed at improving efficiency and safety in mines.

• Liaise with operational and service departments to enable a strong planning process to deliver

operational needs and comparing actual against target for further action plan.

• Experience in managing grade control and blending. Also in Safe Operating Procedures

preparation.

• Oversee the construction of the mine and the installation of plant and equipment.

• Deliver information, instructions and training to and supervision of personnel as necessary to

• Inspecting mining areas for unsafe structures, equipment, and working conditions.

• Select locations and scheduling surface mining operations to meet production, specifying

processes, labour force usage, and equipment that will result in safe, economical and environmentally

sound extraction of ore.

• Prepare and coordinate short and medium term plan focusing on Life of Mine (LOM) and

scheduling in interaction with Mine Superintendent/Head and liaising with the Mine manager.

• Monsoon and dewatering plan preparation in consultation with Hydro-geologists and Surveyors
