Total 1+ year of Experience in Cogeneration of Power, Production and

Maintenance.

Currently working with Yedeshwari Agro products Ltd. as a Junior Engineer

from Nov 2013 to till date.

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY...

Yedeshwari Agro Products Ltd. is a process industry having sugar as main

product.

The project also involves setting up a Biomass based Captive Power Plant.

Power generation is done by using 70TPH Boiler and 10MW Turbine.

Designation: Junior Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Managed implementation of mechanical spare parts and lubrication,

inspection of machinery, breakdown analysis and remedial measures.

2. Troubleshooting and resolving of daily problems encountered in the

production such as of centrifugal pumps, planetary gear box and

cogeneration.

3. Responsible for the planning of daily activities and supervision.

4. Prepared daily production reports, weekly production reports and

maintenance schedules.

5. An effective communicator with strong analytical, problem solving &

organizational abilities.

Project Undertaken:

Fabrication and Testing of Motor Operated Solar Tracking System

Finding energy sources to satisfy the world's growing demand is one of

society's foremost challenges for the next half-century. The challenge in

converting sunlight to electricity via photovoltaic solar cells is

dramatically reducing $/watt of delivered solar electricity. In this

context the sun trackers are such devices for efficiency improvement.

The diurnal and seasonal movement of earth affects the radiation intensity

on the solar systems. Suntrackers move the solar systems to compensate for

these motions, keeping the best orientation relative to the sun. Although

using sun-tracker is not essential, its use can boost the collected energy

10-100% in different periods of time and geographical conditions.
