Description: Recruitment and selection process are paramount in the whole Human

Resource Management chain at RCom Ltd. Recruitment process is among one of the ways

that an organization can cope up with shortcomings in its human resource needs.By the

Selection process this organization chooses the right candidate for the right job at

the right time, at the right place.

B. TECH MAIN PROJECT

Project Name : A Rough Association Rule Is Applicable For Knowledge Discovery

Duration : 2 months

Description: A new approach is proposed for finding association rules which have the

ability to handle the uncertainty in classing process. The user does not have to

determine the degree of support and confidence for thresholds. By using this approach

we can reduce information loss and enhance the result of data mining.

Environment: Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 C#. NET
