* Ensured compliance and compatibility of applications with regards to

Security Patches, Enhancement releases and service packs being

released for the existing operating system.

* Simulating end user scenarios with a predefined set of applications to

certify the compatibility of respective patches.

* Good experience in preparation of test bed, Installation testing,

Replication of problems & Generation of bug report through Microsoft

Product Studio (PS).

the software. Logging quality bugs.

Internship at Centre for Cellular & Molecular Biology (CCMB)

* A project entitled "Identification of Dicer knockout mouse models by

PCR genotyping" under the guidance of Dr. A.J.Rachel, CCMB, Hyderabad.

The aim of the project was to identify genotype of Dicer1 and TNAP- Cre

gene. To produce and screen mice strains that have testis specific knockout

of a Dicer gene by using PCR genotyping.
