• The reports developed using TERRA & JDA forecast are Forecast Report, Forecast accuracy and Days of supply Report.

• Inbound freight Report is developed to analyze the freight charges paid for a given shipment and variance between the actual &

budgeted charges

• The Inbound freight report is built on two data sources FI (3FI_GL_Z1_SI) and Shipment data (2LIS_08TRTLP).

• Shipment number from 3FI_GL_Z1_SI is used to do look up on DSO (built on 2LIS_08TRTLP) to extract shipment

information.

• Indexes were created on DSO and master data info objects to improve the performance of the loads.

• Filters were set at G/L Account level for Inbound Freight variance report as the report is only related to Freight charges.

• Bex Query is built using Query Designer and Webi report using SAP Business Objects 4.1for Inbound freight Variance report.

• Extensively worked on Analysis for office to develop pilot reports to understand the Analysis for office tool.
