Cintas corporation 2007 - present

It software development MANAGER - Established software development practice with focus on innovation and strategic

vision for key lines of business. Identified as a leader in the organization based on unique mix of personnel management

and strong technical skills. Direct report responsibilities for a team of 20 cross-functional software development and

infrastructure team including managing resources remotely.

Dedicated to employee growth, currently managing a team of 15 direct reports consisting of software engineers, business

analyst and Quality engineer. Mentor and guide team members thru inspiration to reach their highest potential. Document

Currently manage, control and deliver mobile applications with large user base amounting to 10,000 Cintas employees.

Oversee design and development of mobile applications using Microsoft technologies. Mobile apps consumed C#

webservices created with Visual Studio 2010/2012. Team Foundation Server was used as source control.

Oversaw development of windows .NET application that acts as a service manager for the mobile applications to upload

and download data to/from the backend master data systems. The windows service application exposed webservices, was

added to Windows event scheduler to upload/download at a certain scheduled time.

Oversaw team of developers who were responsible for creating reports using Business Objects for the Cintas Marketing

business division to perform data analytics. Reports were created from backed Oracle data warehouse modules. Reports

were automated and scheduled for delivery. Worked very closely with the team to identify slow performing reports and

developed plans for tuning.

Designed, developed and deployed custom web application to maintain customer and contract details for Cintas.

Application was developed using ASP.NET and used SQL Server 2012 as master database. Designed and documented

normalized database table structure (ERD diagrams) for optimum efficiency.
