JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementing company’s HSE plan & Procedure.

• Conducting safety training and induction training to new employees.

• Monitoring the toolbox talk

• Monitoring and ensuring that operatives are aware of their HSE responsibilities and they follow it

• Reporting to manager if the site activities are deviating from the company safety policy and project health and

safety plan.

• Carrying out site safety inspections and preparing reports and submitting to the concern department.

• Accident/Incident/Near miss investigation and taking necessary steps to prevent the Re occurrence

• Attending Safety meetings & Crisis management meetings Safety inspections

• Maintaining the documentation of all kind of activities related to safety

• Implementation of safety promotion schemes and campaigns

• Inspection, Maintenance of Fire Fighting Equipments.

• To collate and analyse accident statistics and recommend intervention strategies to eliminate/reduce the risk of

future occurrences and incidents of ill health and lost working days

• Achieved targets are Health, Safety & Environment Policy, Work Permit System, Personal Protection, Safety

Training, Safety Committee, and Safety Audit & Safety Inspections

• Post Diploma in Industrial Safety from Delhi Productivity Council, New Delhi AICTE/ BTE. With distinction.
