. Issuance / Retrieval of obsolete documents, Procedures,

authenticate the production of valid Lot / batch.

that the approval is valid and in compliance with the

production order and refer the production order to the

concerned section for further processing.

. Coordinate with subsections for the distribution of

workload and liaisons in case of any query arise regarding

configuration during production.

. Ensure compliance of the policies and procedures during and

after the completion of production order.

. Ensure safekeeping of all projects BHDs related to the

production order / batch.

. Development and Implementation of technical / non-technical

procedures.

. Review procedures, revise and update standard operations,

distribution of the same among the stakeholders.

. System Analysis, Design and Implementation of Enterprise

Recourse Planning Software.

. 10 year working experience on ERP Software, Data Entry,

Maintain Records, check for errors, correctness of errors

in the data, Report generation.

. Arrange for maintenance of IT software related issues and

ensure that the department and the customer is properly

specifications governing the document control process,

including document control procedure, document numbering

specification, correspondence procedure, archiving

specification, translation procedure and other documentation

together defining the Document Control framework on the given

project.

. Execute project archiving and handover to next project
