JOB / WORK EXPERIENCE

February 20th 2006 – PRESENT – Advanced Maritime Transports (Nig) Ltd. Oil and Gas Logistics

Company, a Subsidiary of Necotrans Paris.

Manager documentation/Operations

- Tracking of consignment from port of import to final destination.

- Following all Customs clearing processing in the port and make sure goods are delivered to the

right destination in lean time.

- Following all transactions from the point of importation to required destination of goods whether

valid for forex or no valid for forex.

- Making sure all files are up to date, Customs duty paid, photo copies of customs receipt, Customs

waiver files (exemptions)

- Giving information and updating client when exemption letter letters expires for renewal at

Ministry of Finance and also educating new client how to apply for such letter and also applying

for such letters when clients gives authority to do that.

- Processing of purchasing order (PO) and Local purchasing order (LPO)

- Negotiates with local and international suppliers

- Sourcing and negotiating of prizes for items locally and internationally with the right prize.

- Controlling invoicing documentation on delivered goods, pending files

- Preparing Customs duties.

- Giving information to client / shipping advice especially new once needs for goods to be

containerized especially perishable one and when to ship goods on group age (small packages)

and whether goods should be imported through Sea or Air freight.

- Receiving Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, way bill and instructing client and correcting such

documents whenever there is error and follow till Point of delivery of consignment to Consignee

- Giving report of port operations to Clients regularly through spread sheets or as may required by

client.

- Coordinate and manage every area of documentation to ensure multi-discipline and multi-centre

coordination.

- Prepare form m, valid for forex and not valid for forex and letter of credit, revocable and

irrevocable

- Prepare documents for obtaining National Agency for Drug Administrations and Control

(NAFDAC) permit etc for Pharmaceutical product importation

- Advising Clients all loop holes in packaging especially on pharmaceutical products, labelling of

packages, preparation of final documents, especially Certificate of chemical analysis and

manufacturing certificate of Chemicals stating their manufacturing and expiration date to avoid

seizure.

- Interpreting the scope of work to be done.

- Taking note of time factor in allocating task to make sure of proper utilizing of time and ensuring

efficiency at optimal level.

- Giving report to Operations manager promptly on different spread sheets.

- Preparing and monitory of spread sheets for form m, Rars, documents sent to the bank and

updating spread sheet when need arises.

- Maintaining good relation with other departments.

- Prepare documents for Sea and Airfreight department for operations.

- Making sure form m, bill of lading packing list etc conform to Central bank of Nigeria (CBN)

standard before submitting to the bank for Risk Assessment Report (RAR) to be issued.

- Responsible for issue relating to imported goods standard by making sure Standard Organization

of Nigeria continuous assessment programme (SONCAP) is obtained by applying to Standard

Organization of Nigeria (SON) and also advising our clients (importer) on latest issues relating to

SONCAP as regulated by CBN.

- Giving information to client (importer) on latest information on government physical policy on

importation. Booking of accommodation for clients

- Picking clients from Airport to Hotel and Hotel to Airport.

- Flight booking and Reservation

- Maintaining good relationship with five (5) star Hotels and other Hotels

- Renewing of client Int`l passport and work permits

- Have good relationship with Nigerian Immigration Service
