Produce and review project WBS to ensure that it is covering all the scope of work and all the WBS

packages are manageable

Prepare and review baseline schedules to ensure all packages have realistic and logically linked

schedules for tracking and reporting during FEED and EPC execution (using Oracle Primavera P6,

network diagram and Gantt chart view)

Attend progress review meetings with client and senior managers to review project variance report

and project progress s-curves on monthly bases.

Assists in the preparation of the final project close-out report.

Ensure the program is in compliance with all project controls procedures and work processes.

Preparing and revising Work Breakdown Structure (W.B.S.) for project phases (EPC) according to

the contract.
