Take an existing company and make it better:
Buying into this organization, the basic objective was to ensure that the company
can carry out customer’s requirements in Drayage to local markets in points
Quebec, Ontario and North-Eastern United States. Company’s sales grew 228%
in the first fiscal year; equipment management went from 16 chassis units to 210
and power units from 4 trucks to 26.
2012 Business plans shows a growth rate of 172% and all set objective have
been met based on quarterly results.
Continued growth was planned for the next 4 years with the added terminal in
the Toronto, ON market space and added plans for opening an additional
terminal in Vancouver, BC.
2009 – 2011 Carmel Transport International,
Montreal General Manager
Management of Dray Services for the Quebec market, objective was to re-
establish the company to its former position in the Quebec market space in as
short a timeframe as possible. Objective was met with a 63% increase in sales
over a 12 month period making the Montreal office the fastest and most efficient
sales office across Canada.
