. Supervise all blending calculations and that all cement jobs and

Fracturing jobs get loaded in a timely manner.

. Supervise the maintenance on all buildings in the district; this

includes cutting of grass, painting on buildings, washbay maintenance,

plumbing, lighting, and any repairs or projects in District.

. Supervise maintenance on Bulk plant warehouse and equipment.

. I communicate with operations supervisors to notify them when products

have been loaded. All of this is done by following the BH Services

Standard Practices Manual and BH Services Company Ethics and Policy

Procedures.

. Track inventory using Sap

. Plan, direct control, coordinate and evaluate inventory planning

(stocking, inventory planning /turnover, materials handling and

forecasting)

. Manage inventory replenishment based on production schedules, current

inventory, customer orders and forecasts

. Consult with engineering, operations, and sales departments regarding

business level forecasts, inventory levels and any factor that may

affect inventory.

very small variances, which are below 2% - very well below Company's
