dates.

2. Inspection of blasted surface for any damages, deep pits, presence of

oil and grease as per specification. Mixing of any paint materials, to

see they are mixed properly. Measuring WFT & DFT as per spec,

> Receiving inspection of Project Materials and recording the inspection

results and identification in the Quality reports in Compliance with

applicable standards and specification requirements.

> Involved in verifying and reviewing weld parameters of SMAW, GTAW, FCAW &

SAW process as specified in approved WPS during the shift and maintained

> Inspection of blasted surface for any damages, deep pits, presence of oil

and grease as per specification conducting salt test.

> Observing & witnessing spraying applications.

> Measuring WFT & DFT as per spec.

> Preparation of inspection requests & reports, witness inspection with

client.

> Preparations of surveillance & non conformance reports & follow up of

corrective action and closure of the same.

> Updating & record keeping of all types of inspection reports, submittal

for verification as and when required by the client and final hand over

of document dossiers.

> Updating calibration of equipments & recording.

> Conducting inspections using holiday detectors for UG metallic coated

pipes/wrapped lines.

> To ensure that all coating application starts only when surface temp is

always 3 deg celcius above the dew point temp.
