machine wiring, I/O list, BOM, PLC and HMI programs, startup and

troubleshooting system on the plant.

Projects: IQ-Socket for the automatic alignment of Castle Nuts and Axilok

Spindle Nuts.

Role: Created concepts (patented invention). Electrical and mechanical

design, electronic assembling, control panel design and PLC programming,

tested prototypes on "Toyota" plant in Cambridge, ON and on "Sterling

Trucks" plant in St. Thomas, ON.

Projects: "Gas Fill System" for assembly lines on Daimler-Chrysler

automotive plants in U.S. and Mexico.

This automation system allows filling gasoline/diesel to fuel tank of car

in time of assembly line movement by operator. The system is overhead

mounted. Travel length of station 50 feet, length of unit 6 feet, weight

150 pound, drive by 1 or 2 Air motors, speed control by ultrasonic sensor

and I to P regulator.

Role: Updated Electrical Mechanical and Pneumatic Drawings, BOM for

customer requirements and plant specification, started up on the plants in

U.S. and Mexico.
