. Project managed a $50M project that included design, construction, start

up and commissioning of new 10k sq ft data center within an 8 month

period from conceptual design through to final commissioning stages and

sign-off, which I managed to budget achieving a baseline and cost savings

initiatives within agreement of the SLA. In addition, identifying

quality control issues that could affect the project.

. Project managed over $25M in renovations and new construction including

financial responsibilities of capital and departmental budget, and

preventive and corrective maintenance contracts.

. Inspected and verified the satisfactory completion of all construction

projects throughout the facilities; ensure that specifications for

construction projects are met along with verification of all warranty

work.

. Prepared and managed capital and expense project budgets and maintained

an accurate accounting of costs and approval of invoices as necessary.

compromised based on Uptime.
