back ground, totally more than 8+ years combined experiences in the field

of Quality Control,in oil petrochemical & gas refineries, Hindustan

specifications.

> Knowledge on the welding process includes SMAW, GTAW and SAW.

> Reviewing the approved quality plans, manuals, and scope of work to

perform the required inspection.

> Interpretation of RT films and acceptance of welds.

> Calibration of Inspection Instruments and Welding Equipments for

processes like SMAW, GTAW, GMAW etc.

> Review of PWHT charts and their approvals.

> Hydraulic and Air testing of compartments, airtight structures and

pipelines.

> Temperature and Time control and review of charts for Heat treatments.

> Raw material receiving inspection, review of material certificates to

check mechanical strength, Chemical composition values in accordance

with ASME codes and project specifications

> Verifying drying and holding temperature and time for low hydrogen

electrodes and checking the proper usage of Consumables at site.

> Assuring that quality requirements and inspections are performed in

accordance with the approved company Project's Specification &

Method Statements, Inspection Test Plan (ITP)

> Raise request for inspection (RFI's) for specific jobs inspection

> Preparation of final handover complete dossier for Welding, and

Mechanical activities.

> Attending quality control meetings with the client and third party.

> Carry out final inspection together with Client/Third party inspector

upon completion of all welding, painting, mechanical work.
