• Working as a Team Lead and managing a team of 24 engineers for Nominal Planning,

Site Survey, RF Optimization, Drive Test & Analysis, report Preparation, Single

site ATP, Cluster Drive and Optimization, Cluster ATP and also ATP signup from

Customer for the turnkey project from ZTE Telecomm India for Tamilnadu Circle.

• Planning new sites by analyzing the by analyzing KPI & Coverage and also by

discussing with customer.

• Looking after the optimization part of city sites Chennai & ROTN for both EVDO &

CDMA 1X Data & Voice Network.

• Responsible for the optimization of the CDMA 1x & EVDO network that includes drive

testing and tuning of cell parameters to achieve better quality of service,

• Analyzing Post Processed data using CNA 7.0 for reasons behind bad FER, Rx, Tx,

Ec/Io, Pilot overshooting, Call Drop & Handoff Failure. Prepare maps for various
