• Developed my own Excel Incident Tracking spreadsheets for immediate review of past and present incidents by department, injury

type, cause, etc. and established reporting metrics for the various departments to aid in developing improvement strategies.

Additional benefits of the spreadsheets was the ability to satisfied BS-18001 and ISO-16949 tracking needs, yearend performance

reporting for MIOSHA, Worker’s Compensation carriers and Corporate Headquarters without multiple entries.

• As lead EH&S Manager worked with a committee of five cross functional team member to obtain ISO-14001 Environmental

Management System (EMS) Certification and BS-18001 Employee Health and Safety (EHS) Certifications within the same year

ahead of corporate schedule; Performed EMS and EHS auditor functions

• Developed Housekeeping, Safety, and Environmental Daily Audits by functional department

• Created Department Specific Emergency Medical Response Kits and emergency response procedures with all employees

• Brought in Automatic Electronic Defibrillators (AED) and set in place a program to train twelve employees every six months in CPR,
