have a plan B to eliminate the downtime in case of an issue with the equipment.

• In case of a product failure, finding the reasons and working on the correction of the design of the products if need be.

• Stress analysis on all the designs used in the qualification testing like the external pressure chamber before use.

The material minimum yield is derated at high temperature, then found Von mises stress on the pressure vessel, and tensile

and shear stress on the engaging threads which are subjected to pressure. Factor of safety is determined to ensure the design

is safe enough to be used in the high temperature/ pressure environment experienced in offshore oil production.

• FAILURE MODE EFFECT CRITICAL ANALYSIS(FMECA) Petrotechnologies, Inc.

Different mode of failure are determined and analyzed thoroughly. In case of a High Risk Priority number, design is

corrected to reduce the failure chances hence reducing the Risk Priority Number
