Principle responsibility-

. Perform material receiving and inspection of all mechanical materials

such as pipes, fittings, valves etc.

. Assure that all materials needed as per design drawing in every

location required are in correct specification before installation.

. Perform and prepare checklist of inspection of all mechanical material

received prior for construction, it comply with MTO requirement prior

for SAPID inspection.

. Valves stroking, check and inspection for proper functioning prior to

installation.

. Performs pipe cold bending inspection for bend angle, radius and bend

height, pipe coating wrinkling and scratches.

. Prepare procedural documents for hydro testing package, calibration of

equipment's and maintenance manual as required by the proponent.

. Helps in preparing pipeline system prior to hydro testing, i.e.

Flange and bolt Tightening, pigging/internal cleaning, water filling

and pressurizing.

. Ensures that the Quality Assurance and Control conforms to the highest

Saudi Aramco Standards, by assisting in providing technical support on

mechanical matters to the site engineers and crew workers during

project implementations

. Monitor QA/QC work, prepare reports and kept records.

. Inspects work in progress to determine conformity with plans and

specifications, suggest better way of pursuing works assignments to

achieve more economical and efficient work operations

. Familiar with all the Standard Structural drawing such as Well Head

Platform, Gin-pole, Well Head Guard Barriers, and Drum Marker, Remote

control, Valve Operating Platform, Wind Shock Pole and other

structural drawings.
