life balance benefits for 12,000 employees in 8 states. Lead and manage a

contribution (401k, PS, DC), and non-qualified plans (NQP). Developed
multiple cost saving and PPACA (Health Care Reform) compliant strategic

or redesigned several new benefit plans and programs, including a new short-
term disability plan, new HSA contribution structures to enhance
participation, and a full suite of employee benefits related educational
content offered through multiple semi-annual all campus training events.
