> Understand the Business Requirements and map them to the functional

requirements of IT systems namely Customer Relationship Management

(CRM), Operations Support Systems (OSS), Middle-ware (EAI), Order

Management System (OMS), Inventory Management system, Partner

Relationship Management, Customer Self Service (CSS) Portal, Billing

and Mediation.

> Perform IT OSS/BSS system level Impact analysis and feasibility study.

> Identify the IT systems impacted for the requirement

> Discuss the requirements with the System Development team stakeholders

to understand the system level impact and limitations / risks if any.

> Analyze the interface requirements between the OSS/BSS systems and

carry out necessary changes to fulfill the end to end Business

Requirement.

> Preparation of System Requirement Specification (SRS) capturing the

functionalities to cater the Business Requirement
