Responsibilities Global Infra Structure Monitoring Team (GISM) is a project in Internet Desktop

Management (IDM). In this project we are Monitoring all the services (Interface

down, Snmp walk down, Ping check down,etc) and thresholds (CPU Utilization,

Memory Utilization, Disk Utilization, Bandwidth Utilization) related issues of all

network devices like L2,L3 switches, Router Project links,Corporate links(NOC)

Firewall(SOC), Servers and Security devices (Windows) globally through a tool named

TGIM (TATA GLOBAL INFRA STRUCTURE MONITORING ) and IBM Lotus Notes. In

addition to that we login into Remote Desktop Management System in order to

trouble shoot certain services like Apache and Internet Information Services (IIS) at

the time of need.

CCNA certified (Cisco ID - CSCO12677709) and MCSE course completed in IPSR Solutions
