SAFETY ACHIEVEMENTS

I successfully put renewed focus on safety working with senior

management and safety committees to achieve a 30% reduction in recordable

injuries. I successfully on boarded a new Occupational Health Facility that

more aligns with the company's philosophy of reducing recordable injuries

through better case management and reduced them by 10%. I have successfully

developed and implemented a safety improvement accountability plan that

rehabilitates repeat offenders back to the zero incidents state and

succeeded with individuals for duration of a year or more with no

incidents.

ENVIRONMENTAL ACHIEVEMENTS

I have successfully reduced our environmental footprint by reclaiming

waste oils and turning it into a profit. In 2014 2,316lbs was reclaimed and

recycled from our industrial wiping towels and 714lbs was reclaimed from

waste oil absorbents. A mass amount of soft waste generated is recycled

back into the process reducing contaminated product by 80%. Water

reclamation is recycled for steam and domestic energy for heating and

cooling and increased air flow by 30%.

Prior to moving to Wisconsin I was a Safety Specialist for BP

Refinery Capitol Projects HSSE Safety Team with the Whiting Project

Alliance located in Whiting, Indiana. I served as the President of the

Contractor Safety Committee where I represented 11,500 Contractors which is

the largest Contractor Community in Indiana. As a team we reduced the EMR

rate from a 1.5 to a .77 in less than two years.

My success in these positions is defined by my dedication, team

approach, and strong interpersonal skills. Skilled at identifying problem

areas and recommending remedial action, I am also adept at building the

individual commitment necessary to make a safety program successful. An
