ALSTOM GRID - Philadelphia, PA 2014 to

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (Philadelphia & Canton) Present

Partners closely with Site Directors, Finance Managers, Management for

all HR requirements and processes, ensure the people management cycle

is followed within the guidelines and set deadlines. Works closely

with Managers on restructuring plans and disciplinary actions.

Close partnering with the managers and Recruiting COE for all open

Manage all immigration issues for East Coast based employees, working

very closely with local HR managers, immigration attorneys and the
