Fourteen years progressive experience with 3M, mastering all aspects of production processes from set up to quality control. Duties included:

Material handler in converting department including handling, turning and

stacking material along with some light stand up forklift driving.

Printing press operator: set up and ran Albert, Premere, Atma and the Advance

presses for screen printing.

Die cutting operator: set up and ran Standard for small sheets, the D&K for large

sheets and the Bliss press for cutting aluminum.

Laser cutter operator: programmed computer for correct size of cutting parts to

customers* expectations.

Castline operator: detailed resin application to specifications.

Small assembly press: set and pressed parts into plastic molding.

Production inspector: micrometer/caliper/durameter measurements and inspection

for quality control standards.
