establishing SOP, OBC and ASI to maintain safe work practices and minimize unplanned downtime.

Provide management with quantitative information on equipment parameters to log and trend data to determine bottlenecks in

the operations; improve process efficiency and understand major equipment limitation.

Assisted in converting existing batch process to continuous process flow, rebalanced line and improve productivity by 17%.

Responsible for process optimization of #4 paper machine, stock preparation and save-all fiber recovery system for clean water.
