for cost effective procurement of raw materials. Preparing annual rate

contracts with vendors for stockable items & ensuring timely renewal of

contracts after review.

Materials Management: Maintaining an inventory of raw materials. Training

teams in the supervision of the unloading, sorting, storage / display of

products. Handling the inventory function in co-ordination with user

department to curtail inventory holding expenses and adhere to stocking

system for various spares and minimise wastage.

MRP / MPS /SIOP : Material requirement planning against MPS, on time

system updation for planning data, vendor data pattern, lead time & MOQ to

have the effective MRP run.

SIOP for long term resource planning.

Man Management: Leading teams ensuring their career development & positive

contribution to the company. Imparting training to various personnel's,

thereby ensuring optimum performance. Determining the manpower requirement

as per manpower rationalization & production norms.
